- We use 100% Hokkaido-produced fresh milk cream, whipped on the same day, and are committed to the natural deliciousness and aroma of the ingredients, adding as few unnecessary additives as possible
- We use fresh eggs from Niigata Prefecture, sourced directly from poultry farms carefully selected by our pastry chefs, to bake a moist and fluffy sponge cake
- This recipe was developed by a pastry chef after four years of refinement! It's a masterpiece roll cake made with light and airy fresh cream and rich custard cream, all wrapped in a fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth sponge cake
